AGZ's mission has not changed. We want to help Gen Zers navigate the next stages of their lives, whether that's graduation, college, military, career, or trade. We're growing with our clients, which is why we evolve our programs every four years.

AGZ's Total Impact Since 2010 through four core programs and two initiatives, over 16 years of building ecosystems for Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

PROGRAMS THAT TRANSFORM

Mentoring first.
Then accountability.
Then a bridge.

AGZ began in 2010 with Lipstick Ready and Shepherds of Healing: group mentoring programs run by college students in their practicum hours who wanted to build careers in education, criminal justice, and psychology.

They went into schools, courts, and community centers and met young people where they were. That first chapter was about showing up.

Then we launched the Discipline Reimagined Journey. Because accountability was the first step toward a better future.

IINITIATIVES FOR THE FUTURE

Now we're building
the bridge to
what comes next.

Gen Zers were in secondary school when we started. Now they're entering the workforce. We're growing with them.

The Classroom to Career Initiative is the next four years. It will connect the same young people our discipline work was fighting for to the 10 essential industries that need them.

This work is crucial before the 2026–2036 generational shift is complete. The first four years built the foundation. The next four years build the bridge between young people and the workforce that needs them.

THE 2026–2036 GENERATIONAL SHIFT

Seven Generations on the Planet.
Five in the Workplace. Three Retiring by 2030.

Without direct talent pipelines and programs that close the gap, the regions and industries that depend on the next generation will feel it. AGZ exists to build that pipeline.

Two Initiatives: DRJ & C2C

The Discipline Reimagined Journey (DRJ) and the Classroom to Career (C2C) initiatives form the bridge from where young people are to where they need to go. Each designed to face the workforce crisis head on by guiding youth through discipline and career paths.
