AGZ will conduct (1) site visit per quarter, please provide (4) desired dates/times that work from your team.

Program Utilization & Impact: Last year, your organization received a scholarship to access the AdvisingGenz platform with a set number of licenses. Log into your Super Admin panel on the platform and review your dashboard to provide the total number of licenses received and whether they were fully utilized. If all licenses were used, explain how this was achieved. If not, explain what happened.

Engagement in Regional Collaboration: As part of the DRJ initiative, your organization was sponsored to participate in four regional collaboration meetings focused on reducing discipline issues, lowering youth crime, increasing engagement, and strengthening family involvement. How many of your team members attended these meetings, and what were the most impactful lessons learned?

Future Plans & Innovation: If selected for continued scholarship funding, how does your organization plan to enhance or expand its use of the DRJ initiative and AdvisingGenz platform? Will you increase the number of locations, expand participation, or shift your approach to focus more on intervention, enrichment, or staff training? Explain what new strategies will be implemented.

Referral for Regional Impact: DRJ sites that refer a new, local youth-serving organization for the upcoming year will receive additional scholarship funding. To qualify, introduce your organization via email, provide the organization’s name, contact person’s email, and upload a screenshot of the email introduction.

Please share grants or any other funding sources your organization has received for combating behavior, mental health, safety, or training. Such as Federal Funds under Title I, Part D, and Title IV.
