Advising Generation Z supports, equips, and empowers young people ages 10-28 to become the best versions of themselves. We provide group mentoring sessions, school assemblies, workshops, professional development, family engagement, and distant learning opportunities through four programs.

Lipstick Ready builds confidence, develops leadership, and sets high standards for girls ages 8–18 years old.

 Discipline Reimagined Journey (DRJ) provides a transformative experience for youth organizations to cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, empathy, and transparency among first-time and low-risk young offenders and their families.

AdvsingGenz Platform, an affiliate of Advising Generation Z, provides youth practitioners with online alternative
disciplinary learning content for young offenders ages 10-24.

AdvisingGenz is an affiliate program of Advising Generation Z. It is the first-of-its-kind alternative disciplinary and social competency mobile application.


AdvisingGenz partners with parents, school districts, and juvenile justice agencies by providing a behavior management resource that holds youth offenders accountable for their actions and increases their critical thinking skills.
